Dr Yamaguchi and Dr Summer are very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional doctors. They are great listeners, compassionate, inquisitive, elaborate, detailed, and thorough. They are very open minded and approachable. The staff and other professionals are very attentive, responsive and hospitable. Very easy scheduling and rescheduling. Short wait times in waiting room and to see the doctor. Returns calls and messages within same day or next morning. Very quick follow up calls on test results. By far, the best office, staff and medical professionals in Santa Monica.

Outstanding doctor and very warm, knowledgeable staff. Over the years, Dr. Yamauchi has successfully treated my family's skin cancers,acne and eczema. He always takes his patients on time and never rushes the appointments. His office and nursing staff always make the patients feel welcome.

Simply put, Dr. Yamauchi's excellence of dermatological care is more than skin deep: from friendly manner to Dx to Rx to staff, total follow-through (insurance coverage, pharmacy) ... hey, that was smooth & what's not to like about no lose ends & getting what you need/want. Thank you!
