As a part of our Dermatology Institute & Skin Care Center, the Clinical Science Institute has been around for the past decade. By conducting research and clinical trials, our state of the art center provides treatment for various diseases like rosacea, acne, skin cancer, and eczema.

So, what are the benefits of becoming a participant in our clinical trials?
 
Help the Community
We believe that the more our patients play an active role in their own health care and are active participants in new research treatments, the more they are able to help others. Many of our research patients have found comfort just knowing that their simple participation is helping us take large steps toward finding treatment for others.

More Access to New Medicine
In many instances, our clinical research patients gain access to healthcare and medicine that isn’t currently on the market. And although there are many unique benefits of gaining access to new treatments and medicines, we let all of our patients know that it’s important to keep in mind that the study is used to test the safety and efficacy of the treatment.

Compensation
Another unique benefit of participating in one of our clinical trials at the Science Institute is that our patients will be compensated for their time and effort. If you are chosen as a participant, and before you start your trial, we will go over all of the compensation details.
