Why Spring is the Best Time to Get CoolSculpting

A summer body is made in the winter— or so they say— but here at Dermatology Institute and Skin Care, we believe that a summer bod can also be made in the spring! If you have some excess stubborn fat that is practically pleading with you to get rid of it, then it may be time to consider a procedure like CoolSculpting. As a non-invasive body contouring procedure, CoolSculpting can help patients, like you, get rid of unwanted stubborn fat that you can’t get rid of with diet and exercise alone. But why do we think that spring is an ideal time to try CoolSculpting?

It Takes Time to Get Results
All good things take time, right? Well, CoolSculpting is no exception. CoolSculpting works by actually freezing your fat cells which causes them to die off. Over about two months, your body will continue to excrete these fat cells which will leave you with a slimmer body! But, because it does take an average of two months for patients to see their full results, we encourage patients to plan ahead of time so that when summer rolls around, they have that bikini body all ready to go!

You May Need More Than One Treatment
Depending on the area that we are treating and the results that you want, we may recommend that you get more than one CoolSculpting session done. During your initial consultation, we will go over how many sessions we think that you will need to help you know what you can expect.

You don’t have to go under the knife in order to get a slimmer body. If you want to learn more about CoolSculpting and how it can give you results that are worth showing off, then contact us at our Santa Monica office at 310-829-4104.
