CLE Clinical Study

Overview

Feeling the impact of Skin Lupus on your day-to-day life?

Skin Lupus (also known as cutaneous lupus erythematosus, or CLE) causes rashes on the face and body, hair loss, permanent scarring, alopecia, as well as mouth blisters, which can be both painful and distressing. Avoiding sun exposure is a common way to help manage symptoms, but adjusting to this change may be disruptive to daily life, especially as symptoms could potentially flare-up unexpectedly. Despite receiving standard treatment options, Skin Lupus sufferers may continue to experience chronic symptoms and flare-ups. But there are other options to help navigate Skin Lupus, such as clinical trials researching potential new treatment avenues. The gleam study is researching one such study treatment, called IMVT-1402, as a potential new option to help people with Skin Lupus manage their symptoms.
